CHIS Team Leader (Child Health Information Services)

Join our dedicated Child Health Information Service (CHIS) team, supporting the Healthy Child Programme by maintaining accurate health records for children aged 0-19. This vital work ensures children receive timely immunisations and health screenings wherever they are in the UK.
Main duties of the jobAs CHIS Team Leader, you’ll manage a team of administrators, ensuring high-quality data management and service delivery. You’ll lead on performance, training, and process improvements, while collaborating with healthcare professionals and supporting national health initiatives.
What you’ll bring- 2+ years experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Background in healthcare information services
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Confident communicator and team motivator
- Ability to manage performance, drive improvements, and support service delivery
