This role offers a base salary of £22,000 with realistic on-target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000, and includes a comprehensive training package. Candidates must hold a CeMAP 1 qualification and have a strong willingness to succeed in a supportive environment that encourages personal development. Additional perks include a £3,000 car allowance and a commission scheme.
