The Role As Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in the financial leadership of the business, overseeing core finance operations and partnering with the Group to support growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing the Accounts Team alongside a second Finance Manager Liaising with third-party Auditors, Accountants, and Tax Advisors Producing and reviewing monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports for senior stakeholders Maintaining a strong financial control environment across the Group Supporting the preparation of annual budgets for multiple entities Assisting with statutory tax obligations including Corporation Tax, PAYE, and VAT Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and ledger integrity Partnering with Operations to drive performance, efficiency, and customer experience across all sites About You You’ll be a hands-on, commercially focused finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
