• Advising an established client base on portfolio acquisitions, private equity deals, fund formations, credit facilities and related transactions.
• Providing legal support for the firm’s portfolio of funds, including hedge funds, multi‑manager funds, private equity funds, mutual funds and emerging‑markets funds.
• Collaborating with the 90 + member funds team to deliver high‑quality legal work.
• Participating in training programmes and contributing to future career development within the firm.

• 5–7 years post‑qualified experience in funds or private equity litigation.
• Strong academic record and a dynamic personality suitable for a fast‑moving environment.
• Significant exposure to funds and private equity work.
