MEP Project Planner; ASTA​/Primavera P6 Proficient

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Planner to join our project controls team. The ideal candidate will own and manage detailed planning, scheduling, and progress reporting for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects.

Harrow, England, United Kingdom – [On‑site / Hybrid / Remote, as applicable]

• Develop and maintain MEP project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Manage WBS, baselines, critical paths, and resource loading.
• Produce progress reports, S‑curves, and earned value analysis.
• Coordinate design, procurement, site works, commissioning, and handover.
• Lead recovery planning and schedule risk analysis.

• 4+ years as Project Planner/Scheduler (2+ years on MEP projects).
• Expertise in Primavera P6 with EVM, coding, baselines, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of MEP sequencing and commissioning.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other project controls tools.
• Bonus: ASTA knowledge, BIM integration, or PMP/P6 certification.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated track record of delivering accurate, timely, and compliant project schedules for MEP packages.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
