• Teach and deliver high-quality learning across Business programmes from Level 1 to Level 3, including T Levels.
• Plan engaging lessons that connect theory with real‑world business practice.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
• Develop teaching materials and resources that support inclusive and effective learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching, assessment, and curriculum development.
• Support students’ personal and academic development to help them reach their full potential.

By making business relevant and engaging, you will play an important part in preparing students for further study, apprenticeships, or employment.
