Enrichment Officer

Permanent, Full-Time, Term Time Only (40 weeks)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Enrichment Officer to enhance student life through sport, wellbeing, and inclusive enrichment activities. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working directly with young people and creating positive, engaging experiences beyond the classroom.

You will:

• Plan and deliver a varied programme of enrichment and wellbeing activities.
• Lead and support sports and recreational sessions for learners of all abilities.
• Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and inclusion across campus.
• Organise and supervise enrichment events and activities.
• Maintain safe, welcoming recreational spaces and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Work collaboratively with pastoral and curriculum teams to support students’ personal development.

Enrichment is central to the student experience. In this role, you will help learners build confidence, develop life skills, and feel a strong sense of belonging – contributing directly to their wellbeing, personal growth, and future success.
