SEN Teacher – Harrow

Make every small step a big win! Zest Education is excited to be supporting a wonderful new specialist SEN School in Harrow, and they're searching for a compassionate, creative SEN Teacher to join their growing team.

This small, nurturing school currently supports around 15-20 pupils and is expanding to around 50. You’ll be working with learners aged 7-11, many of whom are working at an Early Years level and may be non-verbal or pre-verbal. Every day is about connection, communication and celebrating progress in all its forms.

• Teach in a supportive environment with small class sizes
• Work with pupils with ASD, SEMH and associated needs
• Personal care may feature, though support staff take the lead
• Join a brand-new school with a warm, family-feel culture
• Salary based on experience
• Start ASAP or after your notice period

• Experience of teaching or care-based roles, ideally within the last 5 years
• Recent school-based experience within a British Curriculum setting is preferred
• Patience, energy and a nurturing approach suited to sensory-rich environments
