We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LCSA) to join a college in Harrow.

• Supporting learners with additional needs in a college setting.
• Manual handling and hoist experience essential.
• Personal care duties required.
• Working 4–5 days per week.

• Previous experience in a learning support or care-based role preferred.
• Confident with manual handling and use of hoists.
• Patient, professional, and committed to supporting learner independence.
