As an Assistant Centre Director at Busy Bees, you will support the Centre Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre. About Our NurseryBusy Bees Harrow, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 56 children and offers quality early years education from babies to preschoolers. Each child is guided and supported by a caring team, ensuring they receive the best start to their education through a wide range of activities and opportunities. Our North West London nursery is located on Francis Road, a five-minute drive from St Ann's Shopping Centre, with transport links to the Metropolitan Line, Bakerloo Line, and Overground.

Key Responsibilities- Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards.
- Assist in developing and delivering an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to children’s needs.
- Ensure the centre complies with regulatory requirements and maintains high safety and health standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a cohesive and motivated team.
- Lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and a positive centre experience for families.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.
- Manage operational records and support financial planning to ensure sustainability.
- Approved Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education
- Experience in an early years setting with leadership or supervisory experience, ideally as Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager
- Proven track record of ensuring educational excellence and curriculum development
- Strong communication and organisational skills with a focus on teamwork
- Experience in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and health and safety protocols
