A well-regarded and inclusive school in Harrow is seeking a committed and experienced SENCO to lead and develop SEND provision across the school. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate SENCO to make a meaningful impact within a supportive leadership team.

The Role
As SENCO, you will:
* Lead and manage SEND provision across the school in line with the SEND Code of Practice
* Oversee and review EHCPs, IEPs, and provision maps
* Identify pupils with additional needs and ensure appropriate support is in place
* Work closely with teachers to support quality-first teaching and differentiation
* Line manage and support SEN TAs and support staff
* Liaise with parents, external agencies, therapists, and the local authority
* Attend and contribute to annual reviews and multi-agency meetings
* Support staff with SEN training, strategies, and best practice
* Monitor progress and impact of interventions
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* National SENCO Award (completed or willingness to work towards)
* Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN, including EHCP processes
* Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice
* Confident, organised, and proactive leadership style
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Passionate about inclusive education
