About the Role- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
- Provide 1:1 or small group SEN support, particularly for pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, communication difficulties, or behavioural challenges.
- Use your Team Teach training to confidently support pupils with emotional or behavioural regulation.
- Help students achieve their academic and personal development targets.
- Assist during break and lunch times to ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment.
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally within a school setting.
- Team Teach trained (essential).
- Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
- Confident, patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting young learners.
