Cover Supervisor

Location: Harrow, London
Pay: £80 – £150 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school setting in Harrow
. This role involves supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring pupils remain on task and follow pre-set lesson plans.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a career in teaching, or those with experience working with young people in an educational setting.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
• A calm, professional, and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
