YMCA St Paul’s Group has served the community for over 150 years.
You will assist the Housing and Support team in delivering high-quality housing and support to our residents. In this role, you’ll frequently be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing information and holistic advice. You will deliver a consistent, top-tier customer service experience for everyone you engage with, especially residents and their support network. Your role will be varied with responsibilities including reception duties, first aid, fire marshal duties, health and safety, and representing YMCA St Paul’s Group to welcome new residents and Health & Wellbeing members.
Responsibilities- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: provide high-quality customer service to residents and their support networks.
- Versatility: perform reception duties, manage telephone services, handle mail, oversee repairs, process payments, and contribute to building safety.
- Safety and Security: act as first aider and fire marshal, conduct regular patrols, wellbeing and facilities checks.
- Welcoming and Listening: greet new residents, address complaints, handle reports of anti-social behaviour, and identify/report concerns as appropriate.
