Responsibilities- Manage all commercial aspects from procurement through to final account
- Prepare CVRs, valuations, and cost reports across multiple live projects
- Oversee subcontractor packages and payment approvals
- Liaise closely with project delivery teams to maintain cost control and programme alignment
- Contribute to tender reviews and pre-construction planning where needed
- 5‑10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment
- Confident managing projects independently and reporting commercially to senior management
- Experience in residential, façade, or education projects is ideal
- Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and proactive approach

Package- £85,000 – £90,000 salary
