Thrive Fostering Agency is seeking formal Panel Members (Children in Care) to join our fostering panels. Due to ongoing demand, we are continuously recruiting suitable panel members.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring high-quality decision-making for children and young people in foster care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Attend fostering panel meetings when required

* Contribute to professional discussions and decision-making

* Review fostering assessments and related documentation

* Support safeguarding and best-practice outcomes for Children in Care

Requirements:

* Experience is desirable but not essential

* Interest or background in childcare, social care, education, health, or related fields

* Professional, reliable, and confident in group discussions

* Must be able to commute to our Harrow office when required
