We require a well organised, flexible and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our curriculum teams for Building Services, Health and Social Care and Art, based at Harrow Weald Campus.
Responsibilities- Produce correspondence and reports.
- Assist in arranging class cover.
- Diary management.
- Handle queries and communicate effectively with students, parents/carers and staff across the College.
- Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with IT systems/databases.
- Team player, able to work flexibly and on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
Salary pro-rated from start date to end of academic year for term time only roles starting after 1st September 2026; from 1st September 2026 salary will revert to normal amount.
