About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to join our team in Pinner
.

This role offers a competitive salary of £58,000-£65,000 and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing strategic financial advice. You will play a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to the growth of the practice.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services.
• Prepare statutory accounts, management accounts, VAT returns, and other financial reports.
• Review and sign off accounts prepared by junior staff to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide tax planning advice and liaise with clients regarding corporation tax, personal tax, and other compliance matters.
• Assist clients with financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, tax legislation, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit and assurance work as required.
• Mentor and train junior accountants, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients within a practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting, taxation, and audit processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
