Job Description
The faculty member shall have the primary responsibilities of teaching, research/creative achievement and service functions and shall be held accountable for these obligations as they contribute to the attainment of the mission of the University, the College, and the Department. Teaching responsibilities will be equally distributed between the Veterinary Medical Technology Program and the Veterinary Health Science Program with potential for teaching in CVM professional and graduate programs
Required Qualifications
terminal degree in veterinary or life sciences field
Preferred Qualifications
DVM or equivalent degree ability to be licensed in the state of Virginia evidence of potential for effective teaching and scholarly activity
