Territory Manager – Healthcare / Dental Sales

Exciting opportunity for a motivated and commercially driven Territory Manager to join a growing organisation operating within the healthcare technology sector.

This role is well suited to someone with field sales experience in dental, healthcare, medical devices or aesthetics
, or a clinically trained professional (Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, Practice Manager, etc.) looking to transition into a commercial role.

You will be responsible for managing a defined territory, developing relationships with healthcare professionals and positioning innovative products and solutions that support improved patient outcomes.

This is a field-based role
, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, building strong relationships and driving business growth across their territory.

• Managing and developing customer relationships across defined sales territory with customers including dental practices and healthcare institutions.
• Building strong relationships with dental and healthcare professionals
• Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
• Delivering product demonstrations and clinical discussions
• Providing consultative support to customers on product solutions
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Minimum 2+ years field sales experience in dental, healthcare, medical devices, aesthetics or a related sector

or

• A clinical background (Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, Practice Manager etc.) with strong commercial motivation

• Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Consultative and solution-focused selling style
• Self-motivated and organised
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
• Ambitious and competitive with a strong desire to succeed
