We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term customers. This role suits someone confident in communication, sales outreach, and relationship management, with a strong focus on results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B/B2C as applicable)
  • Generate leads via calls, emails, Linked In, networking, and referrals
  • Book meetings, deliver presentations, and manage the sales pipeline
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions/services
  • Negotiate terms, prepare quotations, and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide weekly performance updates
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers
  • Support marketing activities and campaigns to improve conversions
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in business development / sales / account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident with outbound outreach and follow-up processes
  • Good understanding of pipeline management and CRM usage
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and organised
  • Professional attitude with excellent relationship-building ability
Desirable (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in recruitment, consultancy, IT services, marketplace, or tech products
  • Experience selling services (retainers, packages, subscriptions)
  • Knowledge of UK business environment and client handling
  • Driving licence (if travel is occasionally required)
