Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing

Experience:

6-12 months+ in a similar role

Based:
Harrogate

Offer:

£24,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience

• Managing client matters and files using Proclaim
• Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
• Booking appointments and managing diaries
• Handling client and third-party calls and emails
• Assisting with exchanges, completions, and Land Registry processes

• Has 12+ months' conveyancing experience supporting fee earners
• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Proclaim or other case management systems is desirable
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
