A leading specialist law firm is seeking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join its national employment team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected practice operating across the health and social care, life sciences, charity and social enterprise sectors, advising on innovative and high-profile projects nationwide. The role involves a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a strong focus on healthcare sector-related work.

The position is based out of the firm's North Yorkshire office.

The ideal candidate will have:

• As a guide 1–3 years’ PQE in employment law.
• Experience handling employment tribunal claims and contentious matters independently.
• Strong general employment advisory experience.
• The ability to manage ET litigation files day-to-day.
• A commercial mindset with an interest in business development and marketing.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client handling skills.
