As a Desktop Support Specialist
, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to the company's valued clients. Your primary duties will include:

• Identifying, analysing, and resolving product failures
• Ordering and replacing parts as needed
• Supporting and maintaining user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups
• Receiving and resolving issues from Tiers 2 and 3 when hands-on support is required
• Coordinating with third-party vendors to resolve hardware and software problems

You will have experience

• Relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7-11), Office, and M365
• Excellent MS Office 365 skills as a user
• Ability to solve simple hardware issues
• Basic understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, IPv4, TCP/IP)
• Knowledge of Active Directory, including permissions and attributes
• Strong teamwork and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
