We are looking for a Front of House Team Leader to join our Front of House team at Bettys Café Tearooms in Harrogate. The role is a 6‑month fixed‑term, full‑time position working 37.5 hours over five days. Start and finish times vary with opening hours, and the shift length is 8.5 hours. You will be required to work at least one weekend day each week.

Achieve excellence in customer service and maintain the highest brand, food hygiene and health & safety standards in a fast‑paced environment. Engage and motivate team members, ensuring the team delivers quality service consistently.

• Background in customer service or hospitality.
• Experience managing and motivating a team.
• Good communication skills; works well with others and upholds a strong team ethic.
• Desire to learn about our products and share enthusiasm with customers.
• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety procedures.
