This is a brilliant opportunity to help shape a new service from day one, supporting people with learning disabilities, autistic people and individuals with mental health needs to live truly fulfilling, gloriously ordinary lives.

About

  • Able to work flexibly (some evenings/weekends)
  • Keen to learn and grow within a supportive team
  • Passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs
What we offer
  • Enhanced rates for weekends, evenings, and sleepover shifts
  • Comprehensive induction and ongoing training (aligned to Skills for Care)
  • Supportive local leadership and development opportunities
  • Employee benefits including pension, wellbeing support, a wider wallet scheme and recognition schemes
  • The chance to be part of a brand-new service and shape something meaningful
