We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable and dedicated Female Support Workers/Care Assistants to join our growing team. You will be supporting individuals in their own homes to live independently, safely and with dignity.

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support with daily living tasks including meal preparation, medication reminders and light housekeeping
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate care records and report concerns to senior staff
• Adhere to all safety, health and confidentiality guidelines
• No previous care experience is required as full training is provided, however experience is preferred.

• Full UK Driving Licence & access to a reliable vehicle (required)
• Compassionate, patient and empathetic nature
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Willingness to undertake a DBS check and required training

• £12.82 – £14.00 per hour from April 2025 (based on experience, qualifications & working pattern)
• Paid travel time at hourly rate + mileage at £0.30 per mile
