The Granby Rose Care Home, Highgate Park, Harrogate HG1 4PA

25 bed care home offering nursing, dementia care, respite care, and palliative care.

Salary: 55-60k

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Home Manager to join an established family-run Nursing & Residential Care provider, who operate across 42 care homes in England and Wales.

Responsibilities
  • You will use your considerable expertise to develop and sustain the Home, actively leading and supporting your team to deliver the highest standards of care for residents.
  • Lead and support the team to build effective relationships with residents, relatives, and the local community.
  • Manage a Home in a Person-centered Care environment with a focus on high-quality care standards.
About you / Qualifications
  • Qualified Home Manager with experience in managing a minimum of a 60 bedded home specializing in Dementia and General Nursing.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams within a Person-centered Care environment.
  • Strong operational background with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Home Manager.
  • Ability to evidence CQC compliance published as good in the last 3 years.
  • Level 5 in Leadership Management.
  • Experienced in caring for older people; confident in knowledge of CQC regulations.
