Finance Administrator

Full time Finance Administrator, Harrogate, £26,500

A company in Harrogate is recruiting for a finance administrator to join their established team.

You will provide essential administrative and clerical support to senior and finance teams, handling day-to-day financial transactions, record keeping and data entry.

This is an office based position, they can also offer part‑time hours with a minimum of 35 hours/week.

• Assist the finance team to prepare the monthly account closing
• Effective management and maintenance of all bank accounts transactions recording and bank reconciliation every month
• Assist on monthly B4B transactions reporting
• Support on balance sheet reconciliation if needed
• Assist on providing any year end audit schedules or supporting information collection if needed
• Provide supports for annual Internal financial auditing activities at support locations as scheduled or required
• Provide supports on annual budgeting process
• Assist on any ad hoc projects and analysis required

• Finance Administration experience
• Computer literacy including excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Hours are: 8.30‑5pm; part‑time hours can also be offered, 32.5hrs/weeks+
• Their offices are walking distance to the bus and train station, with ample on‑street parking available close by
