Chartered Financial Adviser – Client Bank Provided

South West London | Hybrid | Up to £75,000 + Bonus

Are you a Chartered Financial Adviser looking to step into an established client bank within a well-supported, professionally run wealth management firm?

This South West London practice is seeking an experienced planner to inherit and develop an existing portfolio of ongoing, fee-paying clients. You will not be starting from scratch. The focus is on delivering high-quality, holistic financial planning while identifying natural growth opportunities within an established book.

You will be supported by dedicated paraplanning, compliance and administrative teams, allowing you to concentrate on client relationships and revenue development rather than paperwork and process.

The role offers the opportunity to operate within a structured, centralised investment proposition, while maintaining autonomy in managing your client relationships and developing new business through referrals and organic growth.

• Taking over and managing an existing client bank
• Delivering holistic advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning, estate planning and protection
• Conducting structured annual reviews and identifying opportunities to increase recurring income
  
  Generating referrals and converting new enquiries
• Working collaboratively with paraplanners and compliance to ensure efficient, compliant advice delivery
• Maintaining full FCA compliance, CAS and SPS

• Level 4 Diploma minimum, Chartered status preferred
• Competent Adviser Status and current SPS
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
• Experience delivering advice via face-to-face, video and telephone
• Commercially minded, relationship-driven and client-focused

• Basic salary up to £75,000
