This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic RIBA chartered practice who offer expert design services to the logistics and retail sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team in Harrogate.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:
- Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
- Submit planning and building regulation applications
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met
- Provide architectural design services and project management to projects
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist include:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience working on projects within the logistics and retail sector
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate area
