• Producing detailed technical drawings and construction packages
• Developing designs through technical and delivery stages
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and statutory bodies
• Assisting with building regulations submissions and technical approvals
• Responding to site queries and supporting project delivery
• Producing and managing drawings using Archicad

• Architectural Technologist with a minimum of several years residential experience
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Experience using Archicad preferred
• Based within 40 minutes of Harrogate
• Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple projects
• Confident communicator with a collaborative, problem-solving approach
