Job Title:
Senior Architectural Technician Ref: BM898
Location:
Harrogate Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a RIBA chartered architectural practice who have studios across Yorkshire. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Senior Architectural Technician to join their team in their Harrogate studios.

- Lead and deliver on a range of residential and commercial projects
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
- Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
- Degree within architectural technology
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Archi
CAD is desirable - Experience working on residential projects
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong technical and design skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driver’s License
