Part time Queue Host

An 6 month fixed term opportunity has arisen for a part-time Queue Host to join us as part of our team at Bettys Harrogate where we serve an array of our iconic Bettys treats. As a Queue Host you will be the welcoming face of Bettys, setting the scene for each customer’s visit through warmth, care and genuine hospitality; ensuring every customer begins their Bettys experience feeling valued and looked after.

Strategically overseeing our Open Table bookings to optimise flow and maximise capacity.

This is a part-time role working 16 hours over 4 set days - Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday between 11am - 3pm.

You will have strong customer service skills, excellent time management and the ability to work  will need the ability to build strong relationships and be able to work well with others as we rely on our strong team ethic to deliver the highest levels of quality and customer service. You will have the ability to think quickly when problems arise, work well under pressure and be able to remain calm during busy times while maintaining superior customer service.

Previous experience working with Open Table is preferred along with knowledge of allergens, food safety and health and safety procedures.
