A community-focused dance organization is seeking a Group Leader to facilitate and deliver engaging dance sessions aimed at supporting the wellbeing of older individuals and those facing health challenges. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, experience in dance leadership, and a commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment. The position includes responsibilities such as session planning and administration, while also overseeing the involvement of assistant leaders and volunteers.
This is a part-time role with work primarily scheduled on Fridays and Mondays.
