We are a growing residential construction company delivering high-quality new-build homes across Yorkshire. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated House Build Site Manager to oversee residential developments from groundworks through to completion.

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage all on-site construction activities for new-build housing projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor build progress against project schedules
• Conduct quality control inspections at all build stages
• Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics
• Liaise with clients, inspectors, and senior management
• Ensure timely completion and handover of plots

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential house building
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and NHBC standards
• Valid SMSTS certificate
• CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred)
• First Aid at Work qualification

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Full UK driving licence
