As an Associate Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll lead the commercial delivery of projects from feasibility and cost planning through to final account.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, value, and client satisfaction while helping to drive growth and repeat business.

• Lead feasibility studies and cost planning from concept to detailed design
• Conduct tender evaluations and support estimating activities
• Oversee procurement, tendering, and pre‑qualification processes
• Manage change control, valuations, and cost reporting
• Review contract integration, support claims, and negotiations
• Apply value engineering to achieve best‑value outcomes
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout all project stages

A diverse portfolio ranging from £1m to £20m projects across:

• Education (Universities & Schools)

• 10+ years experience in Quantity Surveying (PQS or Contractor)
• Strong front‑end estimating and cost‑planning capability
• Excellent knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
• Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (RICS preferred)

• Strong and inspiring
