We’re looking for someone who is motivated and eager to succeed to join our expanding team in Copgrove, just 15 minutes outside of Harrogate. You’ll be stepping onto a warm desk with engaged candidates and established, exclusive client relationships already in place. You’ll have the freedom to grow your patch and shape your own success, backed by a fun and supportive team with 20+ years of recruitment expertise.

Founded in 2021, we’ve quickly earned a strong name in the US Veterinary market, securing exclusive partnerships with both independents and large corporate groups. Our clients demand high standards, and we’re proud to consistently deliver. We’ll arm you with the tools, training, and mentorship you need to thrive; you bring the energy, ambition, and a good sense of humour!

• Uncapped earning potential – realistic £50,000–£80,000 OTE in your first two years, with six figures well within reach by year three. (with proven success stories within the business).
• Market‑leading commission structure – No thresholds or caps, we want you to have real control over what you earn.
• 4‑day working week – Fridays off every week, that’s 52 extra days off every year!
• Flexible schedule – whether you’re an early riser or a night owl, you’ll have flexibility; we just ask for two evening shifts per week to suit the US market, finishing at 9pm.
• All‑expenses‑paid trips to the US – trade shows, incentive trips, and more.
• Brand‑new office space completed in 2025 – modern workstations, a chill‑out area, fully fitted kitchen, private meeting rooms and more.
• Full Apple Mac setup, wide screen monitors, ergonomic chairs – the best kit that allows you to do your best work.

• Own and develop a defined US territory, running it like your own business.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Follow proven recruitment methods while bringing new ideas and initiative.
• Work alongside our experienced team to sharpen your approach and boost results.

• Recruitment or sales experience is a plus, but not essential.
• A self‑starter with real ambition and hunger to succeed.
• Someone who enjoys working in a competitive, high‑performance, yet supportive culture
• A fast learner who can think on their feet, problem‑solve, and get going quickly.
• A confident communicator who can build trust and rapport with ease.
• A sense of humour – because we work hard, but we enjoy it too!

• Able to commute to our Copgrove office (Monday–Thursday).
• A full driving licence is essential due to limited public transport links (on‑site parking available)
