Domestic Assistant

The Domestic Department are looking for Domestic Assistants to join the department. We have various role available.

We are seeking hardworking, conscientious and positive individuals to join our Hotel Services Department. This is an opportunity to work within a hospital environment among a very busy team of dedicated people.

We will not consider applicants that have applied in previous 6 months.

Working alongside Care Assistant, Nurses and Doctors, your duties are varied and may include the following :

• Deep Cleaning
• Cleaning of sanitary areas
• Cleaning of floors
• Emptying bins
• Cleaning of kitchen areas
• Drinks Service

Previous cleaning experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be given.

• Basic secondary education

• Previous experience of undertaking cleaning work

• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to changing demands at short notice
