• This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of ready-mix trucks.
• Deliveries will be made in both industrial and residential areas.
• The driver is responsible for the equipment's proper working condition and cleanliness, performing minor servicing and maintenance, or referring major problems to the supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment in and around the ready-mix plant as per supervisor’s instructions.
• Extensive contact with customers requires honesty, integrity, reliability, a good work ethic, and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environments.

• Class A or B CDL is required.
• Current DOT physical
• Safety-minded attitude
• Good driving record
• Submit to a criminal background check
• Clear Drug/Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Pass a DOT drug screen (pre-screen)
• Pass a Pre-Employment Physical Assessment
• Spanish speaking or bilingual skills are a plus.
