• Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and striving for at least five items per bag.
• Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
• Assist customers with loading bags into their cars.
• Perform shelf conditioning, inform customers of specials, and return merchandise to shelves.
• Gather and return shopping carts, clean spills, and handle seasonal merchandise.
• Understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks.
• Follow safety procedures, adhere to food safety regulations, and report unsafe conditions.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and assist with questions about products.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts, and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
