Description
The Regional Fleet Manager drives the performance of assigned fleets through direct leadership of Driver Leaders. This role serves as a key accountability partner, providing coaching, performance oversight, and issue resolution across daily fleet operations to ensure productivity, on‑time delivery, and retention goals are consistently met.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high‑performing Operations team through coaching and accountability
- Serve as a go‑to resource for escalations and problem‑solving
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve operational barriers and improve execution
- Balance accountability with advocacy, maintaining a driver‑focused culture while ensuring operational excellence in on‑time delivery, productivity, and service quality
- Analyze service failures and reoccurring driver issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- 5+ years of experience in fleet operations, transportation, or a related operational role
- Previous management experience required
