Jr. Estimator and Jr.Project Manager

Position Overview

Our company is growing rapidly and is seeking a Jr. Estimator and Jr. Project manager to join our growing team. We are a smaller family owned company where you are more than just an employee. We believe in honesty, integrity and hard work. We also believe in having fun in the process. Work week is Monday
-Friday and always home  must be hard working and motivated in addition to the below requirements.

• Must be able to perform your job and additional tasks as assigned.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds and help gather, unload job material and stage for outgoing jobs as needed.
• Must be able and willing to jump in and help workers get the job done in a timely manner.
• Must be able to handle a busy schedule juggling multiple small projects.
• Must understand the importance of getting the job done and on time lines.
• Must be able to help sell jobs and add-ons as needed to existing clients.

The right candidate will need to possess the above qualities and more. We are looking for a positive person who is self driven and understands what it takes to build and get the job done. A person that is a good team player and can get people to do the job and be happy about doing it. Will work closely with field staff, inside schedulers and owner in day to day operations.
