Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative role offers a fantastic opportunity to be a vital part of the Glass Doctor and Fix it Construction team. You'll be the first point of contact on inside sales and support calls, where you'll not only drive sales proactively but also expertly handle service inquiries and customer feedback. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Actively engage in marketing and sales activities to generate additional business.
• Process work orders, return customer calls promptly, and address customer concerns effectively.
• Undertake additional duties as needed, which may include cross‑training in related roles.
• Collaborate closely with management to ensure budgets and accounting processes are successfully managed.
• Work effectively with sales teams, outside sales representatives, and other key personnel to guarantee world‑class customer service for all our clients.

• Proficient in computer use, including word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications.
• Capable of using tablet‑based technology, computer‑based systems, and reporting tools.

The starting hourly rate for this position ranges from $13.00 to $17.00 along with the quarterly bonus.
