We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused person to lead our high-performing team as a Retail Sales Manager. You will be empowered to take pride in your work, expand your leadership skills, and contribute to the success of our store.

Salary: $24.00 – $26.40 per hour (location, skills, experience). Eligible for a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) plan, paid time off (up to 152 hours per year), paid sick time (up to 64 hours), and additional perks.

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross‑train in all areas of store operations, including stocking, sales, and associate duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Be a subject‑matter expert and model “Great Place to Work” behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of retail management/leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills in person, email, and telephone.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift under IIPP.
• Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with adherence to the attendance policy.
