Certified Nurse Midwife – Full-Scope Practice
Outpatient + Inpatient Deliveries | Monday–Friday Schedule | Beautiful Shenandoah Valley Region
Position OverviewA leading health system in the scenic Shenandoah Valley region is seeking Certified Nurse Midwives to join an expanding Women’s Health & Midwifery program. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment alongside supportive OB/GYN physicians while having a strong voice in shaping the growth of the midwifery model of care.
We are looking for flexible, energetic, and highly motivated CNMs with excellent clinical and relationship-building skills — professionals who enjoy autonomy, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact on their patients and community.
Schedule & Responsibilities- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-scope obstetrical & well-woman gynecologic care in a thriving outpatient clinic>
- 1:4 shared call rotation
- Hospital rounding with collaborative OB/GYN physicians
- Inpatient deliveries

Ideal Candidate- Master’s degree in Nursing or Post‑Graduate Certification (CNM)
