Sentara Health is looking for Registered Nurses with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Specialty Care Nursery or Mother Baby nursing to travel across multiple hospital locations within the Sentara Health System.

City/State: Harrisonburg, VA

Work Shift: Multiple shifts available

Overview

System-Wide Traveler:
Expansive Benefit Package, Flexible Permanent Full-time Hours, Premium Pay, and Differentials. This is a full-time permanent position, not a temporary contract.

Pay: $15 more per hour based on specialty vs working at a single hospital location.

Eligible assignments include Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Hampton, Williamsburg, Woodbridge, Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, and Elizabeth City (NC).

For assignments greater than 75 miles from home:

• Block scheduling to allow time home between weekly blocks
• Meal reimbursement
• Lodging provided
• Pay for travel time
• Rental car or mileage reimbursement
• Earn hotel and rental points

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years of consecutive recent RN experience in Specialty Care Nursery or Mother Baby.

License/Certification

• Valid RN license.

Education

• RN Diploma.
