Residential Property Manager & POD Leader

Priority Property Management (PPM) is growing. Priority Property Management (PPM) is adding a dedicated Residential Property Manager & POD Leader to join our purpose-driven team in Harrisonburg, Virginia. As a Residential Property Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of multi-family residential rental properties
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with owners, residents, and vendor partners
• Oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, and ongoing communications with owners and residents
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Participation in a shared after-hours on-call rotation
• Ensure accurate records and regulatory compliance

As a POD Leader (once assigned), you will:

• Lead a 3-person team (Property Operations Division)
• Conduct weekly team meetings and lead team performance
• Set and track quarterly goals ("rocks") and KPIs using the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework
• Mentor your team, align performance with PPM values, and contribute to organization-wide goals

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a heart for service
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Reliable transportation for local property visits
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid structure (office, field, occasional remote)
• Willingness to obtain a Virginia Real Estate License within 60 days
• Comfort with technology, property management systems, and tools that support automation and efficiency including AI
