Park View Federal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Business Services Manager to lead our Business Services and Lending teams in driving growth and deepening relationships with business members across all sectors.
This role requires a strong sense of accountability, the ability to prioritize strategically across competing demands, and exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration and trust. The ideal candidate brings a growth mindset, leading innovative approaches to business challenges and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Guide strategy and execution of commercial and small business initiatives
- Promote a strong sales and relationship management culture
- Balance business deposit and loan portfolios to support organizational goals
- Contribute to strategic planning and community engagement
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of education, experience, and leadership capability to this role. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; an MBA is preferred. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working with business accounts, preferably in a credit union or in business lending, along with 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong familiarity with financial services systems and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Proven leadership and management skills, including coaching, communication, and sound decision-making
- Experience in expanding portfolio growth through sales and service coaching
- Deep understanding of credit union compliance and business operations, including cash flow management
- Strong interpersonal skills essential for team leadership and relationship-building
