Senior Supervisor

Company Overview: Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a leader in the Federal Government Contractor industry, is seeking a Senior Supervisor to join our team in Harrisonburg, VA.

• The Senior Supervisor(s)/Manager(s) will work onsite at the USCIS National Records Center (NRC) or USCIS File Storage Facility, as appropriate, and will be responsible for specific task areas.
• Capable of fulfilling the role of Operations/Site/Production Manager in their absence.
• This position requires experience in operational concerns, monitoring customer satisfaction, developing operational procedures, and analyzing training needs. The Operations/Site/Production Manager shall:
• Develop complex statistical analyses, cost estimates, and analytical reports.
• Coordinate project activities with contractor and Government representatives using excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Conduct fact-finding for special projects and respond to Government inquiries promptly.
• Present oral briefings to USCIS management officials.
• Prepare and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Proactively inform the Government of significant issues and respond with corrective actions.
• Identify and recommend improvements to quality, cost, and processes.
• Respond to NRC meeting requests within a 2-hour window.

• Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of supervising or leading personnel on a similar size, scope, and complexity program, including a large Service Contract Act (SCA) pool.
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in program management, business/public administration, production/operations/quality management, technical management, information systems, engineering, or finance/accounting. Substitution of 3 years of relevant management experience is allowed.
• Must possess a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug test are required.
